In 2019, I was in a traumatic bike accident where my two front teeth were knocked out. Fortunately, I was able to recover with a smile I am so happy to have thanks to Dr. Savant and her wonderful team.

Directly following the accident, I was brought to the emergency room of the Brooklyn Hospital Center where they were able to quickly treat my injury (they were AMAZING). From there, I visited an oral surgeon, Dr. Paul Han. He was able to perform some adjustments and take x ray images of my teeth for Dr. Savant.

From there began a long and painful journey, but with Dr. Savant's guidance and patience, I was able to slowly heal and my teeth strengthened over time. It felt like a miracle. Once we reached a point in my recovery to think about aesthetics, we discussed using Invisalign to improve the alignment and profile of my teeth. She explained we would have to go slow so as to not cause damage. Although I really wanted to go forward with the crowns, I decided to do the Invisalign plan. It took approximately 3 years, 4 root canals, 1 gum graft surgery and finally, crown placement, to call myself fully recovered!

An important step in my recovery was the treatment I received from Dr. Savant’s office as well. So an appreciative shout out to her dental hygienists, who are always so polite and do great work. The office environment is clean and quiet and their communications are very good/timely. Her staff are also happy to answer your questions, professional and kind.

I'm so happy and satisfied with the results. Dr. Savant is a fantastic dentist and an artist. She brought my smile back and I am forever grateful.
